I just had my screen repaired because the camera was cracked now it still won’t let me use my face ID
How do I fix it where I can use my Face ID again

Had you screen replaced by who exactly? If by ANYONE other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you didn't get an authentic Apple Screen and Face ID won't work at all on 3rd party parts.
If you have the screen replaced at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, take the phone back to them.
