Error Code (-12171)

When I try to play a song I get this error code (-12171) has anyone else had this happen to them and how did you fix it?

If you need more help, providing some additional information can increase the chances of getting a specifically relevant response that leads to a solution. For example, is this occurring with one song, or any song?

How were songs the issue occurs added to the device?

Were they synced from a computer, purchased, downloaded with an Apple Music subscription, or added another way?

What version of iOS is installed on the device?

How long ago did the behavior begin, and does it occur every time you try to play a song or songs?
