Update Apple ID Settings stuck in update
After I transferred my data from old iphone to new one, in settings menu I get suggestion to update apple ID settings. after antering uname/pwd it gets stuck in that screen

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
