Siri, "What's my altitude / elevation?"

What's the status on bringing this feature back? I used it regularly until it was taken away. It's impractical and dangerous to use an app while operating equipment to obtain this important bit of information. So easy to ask Siri using a handsfree device. Please bring it back.

I completely agree. I used the "Hey Siri, what's my altitude?" all the time while hiking and biking. I can't believe that Apple simply removed that from Siri. Now if I want to discover my elevation/altitude I have to launch the compass app and look. Not exactly the safest thing to do while cycling or driving. Why Apple? Why would you remove such an important feature? What's next, removing the ability for Siri to tell me what time it is?
