iPhone 12 flashing green at the bottom

i woke up this morning with my iPhone flashing green at the bottom ? I haven’t dropped my phone its brand new I’ve only had it for about 7 months . I tried restarting it but its still green .. any suggestions of what i can do to solve this problem

Iphone problem Very tiny green light like a dot appear in my screen after I dropped it , i was using screen protector so nothing happened to the screen itself except the green dot that appears in the screen down can you explain what do i need to do exactly
