If you bought it from an authorised reseller and if its apple refurbished then yes its 100 percent original.

I don't think you bought it it from an authorised apple reseller? F means it was a refurbished phone(by apple or it could be) by an independent refurbisher, not refurbished by Apple. Typically these are replacement phones provided by an outside loss/damage insurer. It's rather obscure and rare that is occurs.

The phone has been refurbished by someone other than Apple.

The phone is also for the US market.
