Is there any fix for toggle of imessage?
Due to some reason the toggle of Imessage is not working . I tried to restart and all but still didn’t work. I can’t see send and recieve option in the message app. How can I fix this?

To activate iMessage and FaceTime using your Phone number
First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you
