my health app is not counting my steps I tried all the possible option

If this is related to the iPhone, the Health app should automatically count your steps when it's set up: Use the Health app on your iPhone or iPod touch

In case this is on an Apple Watch, try out: Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch

Try restarting these devices or the device, then test it out.

Should both or the device be set up correctly, then it would be best to Contact Apple Support
