Cannot share screen in meet google on mac air

I open google meet in chrome in my mac air 2012 (os x yosemite version 10.10.5). I can turn on/off audio and video but cannot share screen, though I tick screen sharing in mac system preferences > sharing. Does someone know how to fix it? Thanks

MSteams Share screen BigSur I'm having trouble with MSTeams since getting a new MacBook Air, enabling upgrade to BigSur. Specifically, I can't seem to share my screen. The usual up-arrow button launches a new window which used to offer different sharing options, such as for specific windows or apps. Now the window displays the turning wheel (as often when the system is doing something in the background); but the window closes after 5 secs or so. Can not share screen on ZOOM meeting after installing macOS Monterey 12.0.1 I get the message "Host disabled participant screen sharing" when I try to share a Keynote presentation on ZOOM. I am signed into a ZOOM meeting from a company, so it is not a ZOOM session that I own, but until the new OS, I have always been able to share my presentations on that meeting screen. I currently have Finder/Sharing/Screen Sharing selected, and the green dot indicated that Screen Sharing is ON. This is a home computer, not on a work network, and not on the network that is hosting the ZOOM meeting. I'm not sure what checking the other items under Screen Sharing will accomplish, for example, do I need to select File Sharing? Other items on that list? Thanks in advance.

Unable to share individual window in MS Teams Hi, I am facing challenge sharing individual windows (applications) on MS Teams. I can share the whole screen or the other option is window but that window option shares the actual ongoing Teams call window. Tried all security options on screen recording etc but can't figure out. Can someone share resolution ? I am using MacBook Pro.

Are you getting any errors in Safari also or just Google Chrome directly?

We recommend updating your software to a newer version through How to get old versions of macOS.

Your MacBook Air should be able to upgrade to Mojave as the newest version.
