Pairing series 3 Apple watch to phone problem.

I had to unpair my 3 series apple watch and am trying to pair it to my iphone xr, but it just says 'Signing into your account. This may take a few minutes' its been doing that for an hour.

my watch says it is paired but cannot seem to connect My watch and phone say they are paired but phone says it cannot sign into account. This is a new iphone 13 just purchased.

can't pair my watch to phone I'm trying to pair my phone and new watch and it's taking too long. Getting "signing pin to your account" and never gets past that. been like this for over an hour. Tried to re-start again and now getting the same message.
