Verizon email

Verizon email now runs through AOL. We have two accounts. First one sets up and works fine. I can’t get the second one to set up. It won’t set up with the AOL button. It disappears into the ether. It won’t set up with add new account. It says the password is not there (even though it was typed in.

Is it impossible to access both accounts in the iPad mail account?

We understand that you're attempting to add your email account to your iPad because you're seeing a message that the password isn't there, correct?


You can add more than one email account to the Mail app on your iPad. Are you entering your account details provided by the email provider manually when you see this alert?


Are you able to sign into this email account using the same password via a web browser?
