Do you have a support number of ***. I had a Apple Platform Security thing pop on my computer that I have never seen. It said access to this PC has been blocked for security reasons.

No, all such messages are scams presented by criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
