My WebCam/Facetime Picture Quality is HORRIBLE!

My WebCam/Facetime Picture Quality is HORRIBLE! The canned reply's that I have found to similar or the same question are not acceptable. I can't believe apple and their tech team find this sufficient.

External webcam quality when webcam is used in facetime I just bought myself a webcam from Logitech expected it to work as advertised on mac with facetime but there seems to be a problem, the camera quality shown while using facetime is downright garbage. I thought it was a problem with the webcam since I bought it second hand but It worked as expected and perfectly fine, 1080p quality in both Photo booth and OBS. I do not have any idea what seems to be the problem with facetime having garbage quality.
