How do I answer & end calls with the Lightning and 3.5 mm wired earpods?

Hello ykt28403 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with phone calls when using wired EarPods.

You should be able to both answer and end calls using the center button in the control module that is also used to change volume.
