Sidecar on iPhone X

My iPhone screen waking up randomly while sitting on my desk, and sometimes with a black screen with “Done” on top right. If I swipe up and unlock, and check for the running apps, I see Sidecar! For what I’ve read Sidecar doesn’t work on iPhone. It’s keep happening for the last couple of days. Already been using the latest iOS , restarted the device, turned off Bluetooth and Siri; still the same. Screen shot attached, any help would be appreciated.

Ipad freezes during sidecar-use I am using macbook pro, sidecar with my ipad pro. In beginning it works fine, i did not have a feeling of freezing happening in first few days. Then ipad start to freeze minutes after connected. This happens quite frequently now, that i cannot even trust to use this function. In this time of covid-19 home office period, i really need this function to have a second screen. One existing question is not active anymore. I am facing the same problem. Both cable connection or bluetooth.

iPad disconnects from Sidecar mode after a few seconds. The iPad reverts to standalone mode within a few seconds of establishing a sidecar session (using a cable). Is this a common problem? All the troubleshooting steps have been addressed: same AppleID, same network, and cabled connection. Sidecar works just long enough to position my desired app on the display, and reverts to non-Sidecar mode within a few moments later.

Screen aspect ratio is erratic, StandBy mode not turning on. Accelerometer/Motion sensor issues? My screen aspect ratio settings are usually unlocked. I noticed that YouTube videos would not rotate. And that my Safari iOS browser would only stay rotated. And after working for about ten days, StandBy mode no longer works, even when turned on after settings. Tried a couple reboots and turning off then on both StandBy and Aspect Ratio Lock. Tried with both a wired charger and MagSafe. Wondering if I have Accelerometer/Motion sensor issues? iPhone 13 mini.
