It sounds as though your iPhone is showing that it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network, but you’re not able to load content in data enabled apps. Apple Support Communities is a great place for help! iOS 15 is still in beta testing, and providing feedback via the Feedback Assistant application may be the right route for reaching a resolution. If your iPhone is connecting to the Wi-Fi network successfully. Can you clarify if the content isn’t loading in all applications, or only some apps? If the issue is specific to an application you may find the following article helpful.
