How come I am getting a notification, when I delete my phone messages, asking me if I would like to stop sharing my location?

From your post it sounds like you are experiencing an issue with a notification that appears when you dele messages in the Messages app. We’re glad that you reached out to the Apple Support Communities and want to try and help get you pointed in the right direction.
Just to clarify, does this occur when deleting messages or when deleting an entire conversation? We ask because we have a possibility in mind. This notification can appear when you are already sharing your location with a contact. You can determine that by opening the Contacts app and selecting a contact. As you scroll under their information, you’ll see “"Share My Location".
