you will have to contact apple support and provide them with the proof of purchase so that they can activate the warranty for your iPhone. As far as I know, this is not a receipt from an authorised apple reseller, looks like from a third party seller.
You can also ask the place you got it from to get it activated. If they are authentic resellers they will be able to do it, actually they should have done it when you purchased your phone.
