I am facing an issue with usage of IPhone 12 Pro, I have left back headache since I am using this phone. I undergo several check ups but all results are normal. Could you please help is this due to radiation. I am really fed up with this. Please help and advise what I need to do next ?

No, but it could be your eyes have problems with the refresh rate on OLED screens. Have you seen an Opthamologist?
Before you do that I would suggest you see an Opthamologist first. You may have other options including eyedrops and eye exercises.
I'm not an Opthamologist and no one has examined you. I do know someone who has this problem with all OLED devices (they bought a big screen OLED TV) and also cannot watch 3D movies with the glasses. They still are not able to do so.
