external display not detected in window 10 bootcamp macbook 2016

im using macbook pro touchbar 2016 / macbookpro 13,2, i'm connected external display with adapter ROBOT HT240s.

when i'm booting in mac os everything is ok and external display can detected work perfectly and system report showing connection type is thunderbold/displayport

, but if i booting in window this external display not showing just going to power sleep mode and no signal detected, i'm trying to install latest driver intel iris 550 from intel website, but nothing this issue still going, in display preferences window i have 2 arrangement display 1 display internal mac and 2 is LG 22mk600 but when i'm trying to detect display status didn't detected, and try to see in advance display setting my external display showing but status is isn't active, how can i solve this problem
