Apple ID disabled

Hello


My Apple ID and iTunes account has been disabled for some reason. I tried to change the password but it didn’t help.

I’m getting updates that my phone has been detected with viruses but without active apple account I can’t download apps .


please your assistance

Apple says if you see this message, "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you.
