How to change GMT time to CST time
I have an Apple Watch and I’m unable to change the location, California, to Chicago IL, CST time. The watch face reads ‘army time’, but I prefer it to read CST time.

The watch gets your time zone information from the paired iPhone. On your iPhone go to:
Settings > General > Date & Time
and set appropriately.
And go to:
Watch > My Watch > Clock
and make sure 24-Hour Time is disabled.
