Replace the MacBook Pro with an x86-64 system running Microsoft Windows and this including a Mac with an x86-64 processor, or replace the Microsoft Project requirement with a different project management app that does operate in macOS including on M1, or wait for Microsoft Windows on ARM64 to become available (if it becomes available) and use that with Parallels.

Apple M1 does not support Boot Camp, and cannot boot or host Microsoft Windows x86-64, and Microsoft does not (yet?) have an Arm port for Apple M1 available to purchase.
