I don't know for which purchase my money was withdrawn

Today I received a text message on my bank, and I was charged for the purchase. And they withdrew this money from me APPLE.COM/BILL. But reportaproblem.apple.com does not write anything about the purchase, and my cart is empty. I want to get my money back, I didn't subscribe to it

• View your purchase history

• Cancel a subscription

• Request a refund

• Verify unfamiliar charges

• Add or remove a payment method
