Need help Migrating Stickies database from OSMojave to Big Sur!

I recently updated from OS Mojave to Big Sur using Recovery Mode after erasing my HD. I backed up to an external HD before doing this. All my data and files have been successfully installed in Big Sur with the exception of my Stickies Database from Mojave. In Mojave this is located in the User Library as Stickies Database. It is a Unix Executable File and it is backed up on external HD. In Big Sur the Stickies data folder is located in the User Library in the Containers Folder.

I called Apple Support about this problem and they could not help me.

I would greatly appreciate help with this! I didn't anticipate this happening or I would have at least taken a screenshot of all the stickies or copied and pasted all the text into Notes.

I was going to give up on retrieving my Stickies Database from Mojave, since a supervisor at Apple Support could not help me and the one response I got from my post was not helpful.

But then I had an idea that I thought was worth trying:

I copied the old Stickies app from my Time Machine backup of Mojave and labeled it Stickies (Old) and put it in my Big Sur applications folder. I then copied the old Stickies Database from from the same backup and put it into my Big Sur user library.

When I opened Stickies (Old) all my Stickies were there! I copied all the text from each Stickie and saved it all onto Notes.

I then deleted Stickies (Old) and the old Stickies Database.

Problem solved!
