Whatsapp call notification is not showing up on apple watch. I have allowed notification on whatsapp app including lock screen, notification center, banner, sounds, badges and mirrored iphone to apple watch.

I am having the same problem, I get notified for messages but not for calls.
Yes. I have allowed notifications on watch as well. It was working till Friday, but I was getting too many notifications and in process erroneously turned off notifications and it’s not working.
I checked with couple of friends and they are also not getting whatsapp phone call notification on watch.
I can’t read your response in full. I can only read one line.

I am also having the exactly same problems. I get all messages but no notification for whatsapp calls. Maybe its a bug which will be fixed by whats app in an update.
Did you allow notifications on the watch itself?.
