Twins or Siblings overriding Face ID is a rare but well known problem. If you don't trust your sibling then turn it off and use Passcode instead. Otherwise it is very difficult to override Face ID.

No the main privacy is Passcode. The Face-ID is a convenience. If you don't like the situation feedback to Apple
