I feel an electric shock on my iphone when i charge it

Why do whenever i charge my phone, i feel and electric shock when i touch the back camera. Why? Is it DANGEROUS? Im using original adapter and cable from apple, dont tell me it has something to do with the charger. Its not fair when you already spend too much on the accessories and maintenance. PLEASE BE GOOODDDDDDDDDD

the charging cable only output 5volts, being that one can put a 9volt battery on ones tongue without it hurting too much then one should never be able to feel 5volts, so if you get shocked then I would suspect the ac charger is leaking 110volt ac / 230volt ac into the cable somehow which can be pretty dangerous, I would not use that ac charger again myself
