Regarding Exchanging The Iphone

I have iPhone XS which I am using now. But I want to purchase a new iPhone 13 Pro. I would like to ask that can I exchange iPhone XS with the new iPhone 13pro by paying the difference of the amount? If I can then how I can do it.
