Reminders disappear!

I found several questions of others having this problem but no answers for it. Here’s my problem: if I add a reminder to the app, it goes away almost instantly. It will show up about 1 second and then disappear. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this??? Thanks.

Hello Bab275,

We see that you need help with reminders that are disappearing.

To get started, make sure that your iPhone is up to date with the latest version of iOS. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Are your reminders syncing with iCloud? If so, does the same thing happen if you add a reminder on iCloud Reminders? You may need to use a computer to add a reminder on the website.

Cheers!

Bab275,

When you add the reminders on the iCloud website, do they sync to your iPhone without issue?

Based on what you've said so far, it sounds like this is related to the iPhone. Do you have an update available? If so, go ahead and create a backup and update your device with the steps provided by 1ssmith. If the issue continues after that, follow these steps: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

If it continues after those steps, Contact Official Apple Support.

Cheers!
