Free AirPods

I recently purchased the Brand New M1 MacBook Air for my college, but I purchased it from Amazon for $999. So, Do I still get the free AirPods?

As it was sold by Amazon which didn't advertise free AirPods, you don't.

Resellers might not apply Apple's discount programs.
