New order but no confirmation

I have ordered an iPhone 13 pro on the date " 17th September 2021" through pay bright and the money got deducted too. But I haven't got any confirmation from the Apple but pay bright sent an email that amount has received and thanks for using. But in my order on apple it shows "We are processing your order" but I haven't got neither shipment date nor the confirmation.
