No iPhone 11 Order Confirmation Email But Charged to Credit Card
Anyone else experiencing this problem? I pre-ordered an iPhone 11 on Sunday. The webpage confirmed that pickup from an Apple Store was scheduled for September 20th (launch day). I never received an email confirming my order or providing me with an order number.
My credit card has been charged for the order (just double-checked), so I know that the order must have gone through. I'm on hold with Apple (been on the phone with them for 1.5 hours now, being constantly transferred). What happened to my order? I am currently phone less, as I sold my 8 Plus on Tuesday...
