Video playback / Videos stored on iPhone 11 not playing or working - thumbnail / preview is white and play button does not work

videos I have recently taken are just white thumbnails and the videos display a 00 minutes and 00 seconds display even though it is about 1-4 minutes long, reading 00:00. Whenever I click on the video it tells me that the video format cannot load onto my iphone. Have checked out other threads already and restarted my phone, tried to transfer the videos elsewhere and tried to use a third party app to make it work and still no results... Again it won't even let the video be downloaded anywhere else either... So bizarre how there is no remedy yet.

If anyone has a solution to this please comment in this new thread as I really would love to figure out how to get access to this video!
