I cant speak for the OP, my question is why doesn't Auto Reply have an option for "ALL MESSAGES" in Focus > Driving? And, when will a true out of office for text messages be available? We've been able to use the round about ways for years so we KNOW it can be done.

I've had this same question for a long time! Would love to know the answer. Even the new Focus feature doesn't allow auto-reply in any other mode besides "driving".

Even with "Focus" on for Driving, auto reply's are not being sent, quite disappointing! I wonder why the other phone company's can make a true Out of Office available but not here Apple?

Same here. I have the Driving Focus on with an auto-reply and only 1 person of probably 15 have received one back when texting me.

Frustrating.
