Disabled connect to iTunes

You cannot bypass the disabled screen, it is a security feature. You will need to restore your phone.

If you don't have a computer, ask a friend who has one if you can use theirs or go to an Apple store and ask them to help you.

If you have Find My enabled, and it's got an Internet connection, log into your iCloud account from any browser at https://icloud.com/find and erase it from there.

You can't. So if you don't have a computer, you will need to borrow a friends computer, or visit your Apple Store, or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
