I am 100% sure that PayPal method of payment is accepted at the Online Apple Store and iOS App Store. I am 98% certain that the PayPal payment method is NOT accepted at the Retail Apple Store locations. You should probably confirm my response by contacting Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE.
