iTunes bill
I normally get billed 99 cents per month for iCloud storage, but today I received an email saying that I am going to be billed 999.99 for 12 TB iCloud space.
This is an error and I would like to see it corrected.

That is a scam. Apple doesn't even offer a 12TB iCloud storage plan. Do not click on any link in that email. Delete the email and ignore it.
