You need to use iTunes.

Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

Then authorize the computer in iTunes:

Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support

Import the music into iTunes:

Import songs from the internet to iTunes on PC - Apple Support

And finally sync your iPhone with iTunes:

Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
