Enable this account .

Make an account active or inactive. When you disable an account (make it inactive), it’s taken offline; the account’s mailboxes and messages don’t appear in Mail.


If mail is opening late ( taking 45 sec ) If you can’t open Mail on your Mac - Apple Support

The desktops and documents box is turned on so they are saved in iCloud see the article Use iCloud Drive to store documents on your Mac and iOS devices - Apple Support
