Slow iMac

Hi there I have a program that is using around 97% of my CPU in my 2015 iMac with eight gigs of RAM.. I'm not sure what it is or how to get rid of it I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem efJopDS root

M2 MacBook Pro laggy / choppy on system UI my Mac always feeling laggy on the system UI, (eg. in notification centre, control centre, scrolling, etc.) it will returns smoothly after Restart or close the lid (not 100% work) Spec: 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM have contacted apple support, their suggestions: Reinstall macOS, create another user account, run in safe mode, (update to macOS Ventura, I wanna keep in Monterey) problem still exists does anyone fixed this without update to macOS Ventura? maybe use some command line tricks thanks
