A. Speaking with a Supervisor:
Can't Call? Use Chat:
If calling them is of not option to you, then try a chat session. Once chatting is set up, ask them to call you. Once you get to speak with an Apple Rep, requisition to speak with an Apple Advisor.
Setting Up the Chat Session:
- Go to: support.apple.com
- Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
- Select: Get Support
Proceed from there as Necessar

B. Modify Your Credentials— ASAP:
With something suspicious as this, consider to perform the following:
