iCloud save instead on phone apps

How do I use my cloud storage instead of phone storage not just for backing up I have everything on iCloud Drive but the apps I create with do not store my current projects on the the cloud they save to phone and I keep having to delete unfinished projects in order to start new projects I know finish the others first but the projects stem from the other projects which then creates more projects that I wish to return to after finishing the current but I can’t if I keep having to delete them because of this dumb storage restriction apple put on these phones

If you are still having issues, can you provide a few more details? Which iPhone and iOS version do you currently have? How much available storage do you currently have? Also, how much storage does your iPhoen have in general
