Beats Pro do not connect or charge

I’ve had the beats pro for less than a year and they take turns not connecting or charging. I’ve tried to troubleshoot by resetting the headset without and success.

It sounds like your Beats product is not working as expected when you try to connect or charge them. We'd like to help.


Just to clarify, are you using the Powerbeats Pro?


We understand that you've already tried resetting them but take a look at If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product for some additional steps you can try.


Have you tried connecting them to another device? Do the issues persist?


Have you tried updating the firmware? Take a look at Update the firmware of your Beats product.
