Not able to upgrade the iOS.
Can you please help me out in upgrading my iOS, since I am not able to upgrade it.

If you do not have access to a WiFi network, or a computer with iTunes, you can not update the device.
Sir, I am not able to access to the WiFi to upgrade my iOS. But I have the cellular data and through that I can’t upgrade the iOS?

So there is no other way to update it? Can’t you update it from your system in Apple Inc?

Sir, is there another way to upgrade it. I am an Afghan refugee housed in military base in USA where I am not able to access to the WiFi. Meanwhile, I own this device from our organization, and they have me a deadline of 20 September to upgrade your iOS to the latest version, otherwise you will lose your data and you will not be able to access to the organization email.
