Hi joss-thierry,

It looks like you might be trying to contact the official Apple Support team, given the article you referenced.

This isn't the official Apple Support team. Instead, you posted to Apple Support Communities (an Apple user forum). All of us here are just fellow Apple product users like you.

If you're trying to reach the official Apple Support team, you can do so by clicking here: Get Support

Also, you might want to try these steps, depending on what you're seeing:

If your (Intel-based) MacBook Pro is completely blank, unresponsive, and it was made in 2018-2020, you might want to try reviving the firmware in the T2 Security Chip. This chip plays a critical role at startup, and your Mac can't start up if the chip fails to start up. To revive the firmware, you'll need a second Mac: Revive or restore an Intel-based Mac with Apple Configurator 2 - Apple Support

If your MacBook Pro has the M1 chip, and you're seeing a circled exclamation mark at startup, you need to revive the firmware using a second Mac: Revive or restore a Mac with Apple silicon with Apple Configurator 2 - Apple Support
