File folder (iPhone 6s)

I have many photos in the File Folder (from iCloud) & I’d like them to be displayed with a small version of each photo. I’ve set them up this way by clicking on each icon, but they keep changing back to icons that only give the file name or number. There are too many images for me to view them this way. How do I fix this? Thanks

Greetings snmoore3486,

It sounds as though you have photos saved in the Files application and features of iCloud, and you’re looking to view thumbnail images when in the Files app on your iPhone. Apple Support Communities is a great place for help!

The best option to viewing thumbnails of images, and keeping your images in one location would be the Photos application on your devices and using iCloud Photos if you’d like to have you photos synced across your devices. You can find more information about using iCloud Photos in the following article.
