Ongoing app subscriptions not showing up in app store

I signed up for two app subscriptions on vacation this summer, Storytel Unlimited and something called Saby Monitor. They are both showing as running subscriptions in the individual apps. However none of these show up in App Store under subscriptions. I have tried from my phone, then from my mac.


I want to cancel both of them, but can not. I find this quite alarming. How can I trust to purchase anything on app store again? Please advise

If you originally signed up for the subscription through Apple, you can check out this guide for steps on How to cancel a subscription from Apple. If you signed up through a different party, such as through the app's website, or through your cellular carrier, you might need to reach out to them instead.


Give those steps a try, and if you're still having difficulty,  contact Apple Support.
