Hi,
I have a feeling it’s apple related, i did a reboot yesterday with the ipad removed from the case and then reinserted it, we’ll see 🤞🏻. Yesterday when it happened i was not able to use the virtual keyboard nor a bluetooth one that was properly paired. Since i switched to an ipad pro i’ve been having more issues than with ‘’regular’’ ipads🙄🤷🏻♂️.
Stay well!
Sounds odd…
I have been using iPads for many years (since the first retina iPad), including an iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2nd gen. for three years (and counting), and a new iPad Pro 12.9-inch 5th gen. (M1) since they came out.
I have never had any problems.
Since you mention that you have had trouble with «the virtual keyboard» (I presume that to be the native on-screen keyboard), this suggests a software problem: perhaps some setting, some conflict in some third-party software (perhaps a third-party keyboard software?).
Are you having the same problems in all Apps, or are there differences between what Apps you are using?
If you are having such troubles with the native on-screen keyboard, I recommend that you focus upon getting that to work correctly, first and foremost!
This will include removing your Logitech keyboard, and, possibly, any keyboard utilities that came with it, or that you installed for working with it (such as any enhancements).
You’ll need to double-check all potentially relevant setting/options, including accessibility options.
You may need to remove third-party keyboard Apps.
You’ll need to check various Apps to see if any issues change depending upon the App you are using.
I am presuming that your iPad glass has no cracks, or anything that might cause an issue.
Do you have any kind of screen “protector” applied to your iPad?
