icloud isnt working on phone

I can't access my apple id from the settings menu, it is in gray. How do I open it back up?

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with accessing your Apple ID in Settings. Have you tried restarting your iPhone to see if that resolves the issue? Under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes, is it set to Don't Allow?


If not, which exact version of iOS 14 are you updated to under Settings > General > About? Are you connected to Wi-Fi? If so, if you connect to another network are you able to access it?
